Fine and Well Organization is a Romanian non-profit dedicated to improving healthcare awareness, strengthening community wellbeing, and supporting sustainable social development.

Through education, research, and collaborative initiatives, we work to promote empathy in healthcare, encourage healthier lifestyles, and support the advancement of innovative medical solutions that improve quality of life.

Our flagship initiative, The Care Innovation Programme 2026, brings together projects focused on patient-centered care, health education, and regenerative medicine to address emerging healthcare needs in Romania.

Patricia Calota | President & Programme Director

With over 15 years in customer excellence and international client relations, including 9+ years in global B2B business development, Patricia brings strategic and operational leadership to her work. She holds a Bachelor’s in Finance and a Master’s in International Business Strategies, combining economic expertise with a global perspective.

As founder of Fine and Well Organization, Patricia provides strategic vision, guiding initiatives that blend business insight with an international outlook. She has collaborated with clients and partners across 15 European countries and online global markets delivering high-standard measurable results. Deeply committed to humanitarian work, she leads the organization with a focus on meaningful, sustainable impact.

Cristian Grecu | Rehabilitation Specialist

Cristian is a healthcare professional specialized in kinesitherapy and functional rehabilitation, with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinetotherapy and Special Motricity and a Master’s degree in Motor and Somato-Functional Rehabilitation and Reeducation (RRMSF) from UNEFS Bucharest. Also trained as a certified General Medical Assistant, he contributes clinical expertise to the organization’s health initiatives, supporting evidence-based rehabilitation, preventive care, and patient-centered recovery programs.

Ghita Petrus | VP, Director of Operations & Development

Ghita oversees operations with 16+ years in management, coordination, and social initiatives, emphasizing efficiency, collaboration, and community impact. Holds a Bachelor’s in Journalism & English and a Multimedia, Design, and Communication diploma (Business/Project Management) from University College of Northern Denmark (UCN). Certified Trainer by Intratest SA, with an international outlook on projects and partnerships.

Omar Ibrahim | International Health Content Specialist

Omar is a passionate creative writer in the field of health, developing impactful international educational content. He combines academic rigor with modern storytelling to make medical information accessible, engaging, and relevant to diverse audiences. He holds a Master’s degree in International Management with a specialization in Sports Management from Geneva Business School, bringing a strong international perspective and strategic understanding to the development of educational and health-focused content.

George Rizea | Business Development Specialist

George supports strategic partnerships through his background in business development and commercial relations. With an analytical and results-driven mindset, he contributes to the sustainable expansion of Fine and Well initiatives, holding a Romanian bachelors degree in Management while also studied Administration, Finance, and Marketing at Istituto Leopoldo Pirelli, building a strong foundation in business strategy, financial analysis, and commercial development.

Luis Pitulici | Digital & Marketing Specialist

Luis leads the organization’s digital strategy, implementing innovative solutions that enhance online communication, visibility, and community engagement. With a technology-driven and performance-oriented approach, he supports the digital growth and transformation of Fine and Well initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Business Strategy and Leadership, further strengthening his expertise in digital strategy, management, and organizational development.

Laura Nistor | HR Consultant

Laura supports the team with human resources coordination and people-focused processes, helping maintain a collaborative, supportive, and well-structured working environment. With over 10 years of experience in people management, she contributes to team development, communication, and the effective organization of internal processes.

She holds a Master’s degree in HR Counseling and Administration, bringing professional expertise in human resources practices, team support, and organizational wellbeing.

Daniel Strimbeanu | Video Editor

Daniel supports the team’s visual communication through dynamic video editing, producing content that strengthens Fine and Well’s digital presence and storytelling across platforms. With 4 years of experience working with international platforms and private contractors – including projects in game development and web development – he brings a versatile, technically grounded approach to creative production. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with Foundation from The Elizabeth School of London (ESL), in partnership with Bath Spa University.

Advisory Board

Fine and Well Organization is currently developing an international advisory network of medical and academic professionals who will contribute expertise and strategic guidance to our initiatives.

Our advisory board will bring together specialists from fields such as regenerative medicine, gerontology, functional rehabilitation, and preventive healthcare, supporting the scientific and medical foundation of our programs.

Through collaboration with international experts, we aim to strengthen the quality and long-term impact of our projects while aligning them with global best practices in healthcare innovation and community wellbeing.
